This non-invasive assessment measures arterial blood oxygen saturation, together with your pulse rate (resting heart rate). This can be used as a tool to measure your fitness levels and also to ensure that your healthy body function is keeping up with the demands of your body (i.e. blood flow to organs and muscles).
