The Hapenden Skinfold Caliper is the industry standard device for body fat measurement and assessment due to its use in numerous clinical studies over the last 25 years.

The Harpenden Caliper has been re-developed and improved in several key areas in recent years, the latest model now features an improved measurement range and is capable of measuring up to 80mm with a wide jaw opening to allow this increased measurement to be facilitated.

Previous models, often still sold by other retailers, featured only a 50mm measurement range.

Precision engineered to extremely high standards, the Harpenden Skinfold Caliper is suitable for the measurement of both skinfolds and the girth measurement of small joints including the ankle, wrist, knee and elbow.

The Harpenden caliper is CE marked in compliance with the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC for a Class 1 Device with Measuring Function and is calibrated to a 80mm range using masters traceable to national standards.

Supplied in a polished wooden case, the meticulous care and attention to detail in the manufacturing process ensures that the Harpenden Skinfold Caliper is the research measurement tool of choice in the medical and fitness industries.
