Cuff seems way too long for purpose, making it difficult to use. I could get my leg in it, let alone my arm. There is a “range” on the cuff which is 21 cm long, and since the range of this cuff is meant to be from 32 to 42 cm, I would have expected the displayed range to be 10 cm ( 42-32). If this were the length of the cuff, it would be much easier to use. Cartwright delivery was excellent.
Still waiting for the order, but it was stopped by the customs in SA. I’ve sent them the items package inserts, hopefully it will be released soon. If you can perhaps also send info to FedEx from your side it will also help.
